He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Management Information Systems, MIS. He has over 11 years of global experience in customer facing roles in Telecommunications. His primary focus is on the Telecom markets of EMEA with specific attention to the emerging markets of the African, CES and CIS. Customer experience includes operators such as BT, Telefonica O2, Telecom Egypt, Telkom SA., Vodafone and Volga Telecom.
