Graham joined Oracle South Africa in April 2006 when Siebel Systems was acquired. At that time he was the Managing Director of Siebel South Africa, a position he had held for the previous 2 years having transferred from Siebel UK to take up the role.
Within Oracle South Africa Graham was initially responsible for the Sales and development of all of Oracle's CRM products. This role grew to cover CRM across MEA (Middle East and Africa) from June 2007 - and is the role he fulfils today. He also is a senior member of the Oracle South Africa management team and is based in Cape Town.
Before joining Siebel Graham spent some 30 years working for IBM. Initially he joined the company in IT and held a number of IT management positions including Strategic Planning manager for IT in EMEA based in Paris in the 1980's. On returning to the UK in 1986 he moved to sales and spent a long and successful career leading Sales teams focused on Financial Services in UK and for a 3-year period on Commercial Insurance in Europe and the USA.
In all areas of Sales Graham has been successful in growing revenues and Business coverage - in IBM, in Siebel and in Oracle.
Graham was educated in the UK and has attended many Business and Management development courses including training at INSEAD and the London Business School.
As part of the Oracle South Africa management team Graham is focused on the growth of CRM both in country and across the MEA region. He is also focused on a number of initiatives to develop IT skills in country both within Oracle and its partner and customer community. He is a regular conference presenter and host for Oracle in South Africa and across MEA.
